  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of flax seeds
  • 1 cup of goji berries
  • Favorite milk and fruit
  1. Mix dry seeds and fruit together and store in air-tight container in the refrigerator.
  2. Soak ¼-½ cup of prepared cereal mix in a bowl with ½-1 cup water for 1 hour to overnight (for better digestion you can chop seeds in a small grinder before soaking).
  3. Serve with your favorite milk and fruit.
Serving size: 1/4C
Soaking time – 1 hour – overnight
