Fruit Salad Sweet Cream

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup young Thai coconut meat
  • ½-1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup raw sweetener
  • 1/3 cup coconut butter
  • 1 T vanilla bean powder
  • ½ tsp of Himalayan salt
  1. Soak cashews for 2 hours.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until it is very smooth and creamy.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until ready to pour over fruit.
  4. Pour over your favorite combination of fruits such as grapes, bananas, pears, apples or fresh pineapple
  5. Add dried cranberries and walnuts if desired.
  6. Place in a gorgeous glass bowl and serve.
Soaking time – 4 hours[br]Refrigerator time – 2 hours[br]Dehydrator time – 4-6 hours
