Eat the Healthiest Breakfast Possible
Eating a healthy breakfast is important. When we eat breakfast, we feed the brain as well as the muscles. We are breaking the fast that happens naturally while we are sleeping because our metabolism dies down and needs a jump-start to rev back up. Eating a balanced breakfast is another way to take care of ourselves so we will be less apt to over eat at another meal. A green smoothie is a quick way to do this in the morning or try our seed and berry cereal with fruit and almond milk.
