Recipe Type: Side dish
- 3 cups corn, fresh off cob
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the corn off the cobs and place it in a glass casserole dish (that has a lid).
- Add coconut oil, salt and pepper.
- Cover with the lid and place it in the dehydrator at 135 degrees for one hour. Then turn it down to 105 degrees until warm.
Dehydrator time – 2 hours
