Everyone is familiar with the experience of craving a particular food, but why does this happen? Is it just in our mind? Is our body telling us something? Here is a list of common food cravings and what they likely mean for you. As well, I suggest solutions for overcoming the cravings (aside from binging on your desired treat).

One of the really important things to remember when you are eating Fruit is to eat it when it’s in season. How can you tell when fruit is in season? By going to the Farmers Market and get recently picked Living Fruit that has been grown in your local area. Some of the fruits I enjoy that are now in season (in the US) are grapes, peaches and pears!

I was checking out the local Asian market (99 Market) in Las Vegas’ Chinatown when I found this funny melon. The box said “Seedless watermelon” and I am a huge fan of watermelon. So I thought watermelon and it’s a new Asian kind I have never seen before YAY! So, maybe you guys can help me figure out what this thing is.
