Combine the crust’s raw nuts, coconut oil and dates in the food processor and pulse until large crumbs. Gently sprinkle the water over it and blend a few more pulses.
In pan sprinkle coconut flakes to cover bottom and to keep the crust from sticking.
Add the nut/date mixture and pack down by pressing down on it with a measuring cup.
In food processor add the soaked filling nuts and lemon juice and oil blend until smooth.
Add the rest of the filling ingredients and blend until desired smoothness is acquired.
