Raw Mint Choco Chip “Ice Cream” Shake

I always loved mint chocolate chip ice cream and shakes, however my body didn’t feel the same way. I used to get very frequent ear infections and sinus headaches. This version that I created tastes much better than the original (made with milk) and it is better for you! I love healthy treats and I hope you will too!
Ingredients
  • 4-6 oz spinach
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 T raw honey
  • 4 cup almond milk
  • 2 bunches mint leaves
  • 2 T maple syrup
  • 2 T coconut oil
  • 1 dash Himalayan sea salt
  • 4-6 cups ice
Instructions
  1. Blend everything except ice in a blender until it is creamy.
  2. Add ice and blend to the consistency of a shake. (If available use a Vita Mix or other type of power blender)
  3. If you are using a food processor, pulse and scrape the sides to ensure you get an even texture.
  4. Serve immediately or freeze. If you are freezing this, cover directly with lid or plastic wrap.
  5. You can add raw cacao nibs if desired.
