Ingredients
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cup mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 T onion
  • 1 T dark miso
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp of Nama Shoyu
  • Himalayan salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak almonds overnight.
  2. Blend almonds until they become a powder.
  3. Be careful to not turn the almonds into almond butter.
  4. Add all other ingredients and blend until warm.
Notes
Soaking time – overnight[br]Dehydrator time – 4-6 hours
