Ingredients
  • 3 cups corn, fresh off cob
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut the corn off the cobs and place it in a glass casserole dish (that has a lid).
  2. Add coconut oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with the lid and place it in the dehydrator at 135 degrees for one hour. Then turn it down to 105 degrees until warm.
Notes
Dehydrator time – 2 hours
